probably not. because bitcoin cash already had its rise and it was indeed a huge pump to nearly $2000 and now it is experiencing the dumping phase of its pump. and by the way, the pump was partly because of this news. the second leg up was because of it anyways.

it is probably a better idea to wait and see if BCH goes past 0.14 or keeps on dropping down. currently at 0.133BTC and doesn't look too good.
