Presale is over. Bonus was up to 40%, but you can participate for 10% bonus in january for the ico.
No I don't think token sale for this project is expected soon, it should kick off by third quarter of next year which is still far, by which time there might be some modifications to the whole project structure.
Btcmnr is right, the ICO Sale will restart in january 2018 with a complete different approach, but we will not distribute the token until the launch of the platform, so there will be no speculation and FUD going on.
