A quick question.. I've been waiting my request to be answered. Can anyone please tell me if their requests were answered recently and if so when and with what request number?

Hey, I can see that one of my referal's purchase that didn't go trough on the 26th has gone trough today. He reached out to the support on the 26th, got a reply that didn't solve the case on the 29th.
He then replied to them and it seems like they solved his ticket today.
It looks like it takes 3-4 days to reply right now.
