Glad to see you understand the wide reaching positivity this can bring to the industry. It's actually about encouraging people to collaborate together in game, helping each other improve their skills in competitive games, levelling up, completing raids together.. Punishing players for bad behaviour just doesn't really work, as we all know you can just simply start again. If someone get's punished what you tend to find is they double-down on their behaviour. So it's much better to have a system that rewards positive behaviour. We see this happening with popular titles already.
