about " No apology ", these companies when they were very small and had no clients, they treated people well, just see that they were active here in the forum, but with the increase of number of customers thanks to the referral system, they are making a lot of money and has no respect for customers
just said the system took longer to process (coincidence that I now have my TH at the same time as their reply!)
probably this was not a coincidence, lately they have been acting very strangely
