Does anyone have an idea why my wallet is minting negative COLX via staking? I am minting -650.000... COLX at a time. My MN is working normally but just started staking because I never really bothered with it previously.

I have no clue, you should make a backup of your wallet and create a new fresh one and send your COLX to this new Wallet Address.
Please make sure that you have properly set up your computer clock via the Internet using tools built into the operating system.
