I've run across this with a single card before but never the whole miner. A soft reboot usually clears it up. If that doesn't work you can try the IP Reporter reset described on the Bitmain forum page here https://enforum.bitmain.com/bbs/topics/3957
Thank you but did you see that white thing on the psu ?
The white stuff is silicone caulk to prevent things from rattling or vibrating. It also acts as an insulator. It's fine, there is no issue even if the apw was completely filled with it.
