Hi, I was the same issue, the windows wallet v3.6.0.0 doesn't sync, but the issue is solved deleting all files in "C:\Users\"xxxx"\AppData\Roaming\Force", except the wallet.dat. Start the wallet and resync again.

It takes about 30 minutes or less.
