It depends on the individual. I am sure that most all people want always to be happy in their life. In other hands, happiness may become the goal all of people. In fact, in some conditions they may feel unhappy without certain caused for being unhappy. For me,  just be calm and always enjoy the life. Always thank to God for what given to us.
