Hi,  your objective is to provide "secure email based transactions & dividend payouts".

I think email based transaction is a really good idea (interac style like we use in Canada), it would make crypto transaction more simple for a lot of people. I guess you will use the same system for dividend payout but that part was not so clear to me when I read your announcement.
