I am certain I am on the real bitblender site. I have been using them for a while now, have no complaints just wanted to be sure their support actually works, or if there were alternative means of reaching them.
That's good to know so for now you don't have to do anything but to wait for their reply and they'll be getting into your concern as soon as they reviewed your ticket. You may also post your concern in their ANN thread here
