I also have the same problem with blockchan.info.
I selected their "Regular" fee and they've automatically set it too low.
Now my BTC are stuck.
If you post the transaction, we can see the fee rate and whether accelerating it makes sense. Or you can submit the transaction to an accelerator yourself:

If you use Electrum and click "replaceable" before sending transactions, this will never happen again because you can always manually bump the fee if needed.

Check the block explorers or your Blockchain.info wallet. If they are still showing the unconfirmed transaction, it's probably gotten rebroadcasted. It seems like some of these dodgy transaction accelerator services are just re-broadcasting transactions rather than working with pools to get them confirmed.
