Burnin states that the chip runs to hot to have proper tests at 256mhz, so thinking that it will be possible to run these things without appropriate cooling is a bit of a pipe dream in my opinion, especially for anyone looking for that magical 450mhz I've seen posted in another thread.
Yeah, but what cooling was he using at the time? It was a test - he may not have had a full size heatsink attached.
