I don't find indications there is anyone mining: network hashrate is 0 (
http://explorer.davor.io/), and we can't see in the explorer any PoW block, there are only PoS blocks. I think they prefer to have the community pool online when they will allow mining, to avoid the centralization with only some people able to mine.
