Hi, spudsintegers! If you want to get your hands on some MCI tokens right now then the only place you can do that (for the moment) is on EtherDelta. This will require you to install an extension such as MetaMask and purchase some ETH to use for the trade. It's a bit complicated to get started if you are new, but there are plenty of good tutorials out there. Good luck!
