This will affect the price and for sure that bitcoin will be on a pumping and dumping stage since futures is likely going to let their bidders bet for the price of bitcoin. And for those betters, they will try their best to have a correct bet and will let themselves earn that much. But this is going to happen on 2018 if I'm not mistaken. This December the price of bitcoin has a chance to be at $15,000.
