Friend, the problem is that you already have this coin at such a price you will not find because it has passed the line of no return. For 1 dollar you will never see. Such a promising thing will never return to its former value.
An exception can be the critical and very destructive behavior of the command.
Actually that depends on some outside factors such as will BTC continue this bull run or not. If BTC starts to fall IOTA will surely be bellow 2$ in my opinion. And even if the BTC stays at this level IOTA just had a huge pump so 2$ don't sound to far fetched to me.
But again in the long run IOTA will probably go over ATH so holding is always a good strategy
