I wasn't able to see that 13K mark but currently, we're at $12,827 in coinmarketcap. I think this bubble have something to  do with the news of possible forks although we can't be really sure as those forks might not push through just like what happened with B2x. As for the price, I'll be bold by saying that I am expecting BTC to reach $20K by the end of this month if the trend continue rising at the current rate. Then probably experience some serious dip by the first month of 2018.
