As far as I can understand, you want to offer a service where you will buy things they want using your fiat because the stores do not accept btc but someone wants it to buy using their bitcoins. Your business will not grow with that because people can still exchange btc to cash whenever they want to.

I dont really think so that this idea will work out in a way that youll be able to get something big in the form of profit. If you really want to grab the attention of number of people, you have to introduce something totally unique so that people may get interested in your idea or product. Otherwise, there is no point of doing such kind of thing as it will only result in bringing down your moral and nothing else.
