While I have some concers about UTRUST, the KYC issue really isn't their fault. Thing is: companies want to follow KYC guidelines of the location they're registered, which is Switzerland in this case. There is only one company doing KYC for ICOs in Switzerland as it seems, which is IDnow. Look over at Hdac, they're backed by Hyundai, it's a 200 million dollar project and surely no scam - they are registered in Zug, Switzlerand as well and they have exactly the same issues with IDnow (Intrum and IDnow are partners).

There are just no other valid legal options according to their lawyers, so it's hard to find a way to solve this.
