Wallet stuck synchronizing at block 312764.
Already send my XRB to this wallet so I can't switch to webwallet.
How can I fix this?

Wallet should download it, 1st sync can take some time. If it's urgent, you can use data.ldb from bootstrap archive (don't forget to backup seed & RaiBlocks data folder before!) such as:
