Honestly, that looks like a horrible scam to me. Instilling fomo in people by predicting coin prices over one year, and no mention of the team behind it. I wouldn't invest $1 in it.

Also, it's not a competitor to DBIX. It's completely different. It's more akin to that other big scam 'bitconnect'.
