anybody have a good way I can buy bitcoins without needing verification? I used to do cash deposits to cavirtex's account at the bank but they don't do that without verification anymore

I can use e-interac but I don't know if anyone accepts that (is it reversible?)

what else can I do? :\

or if anybody knows a site that accepts cash deposits @ the bank please tell me
