you are ripping off people doing this.
I think they are using a service like Shapeshift on the fly to be able to send different altcoins (i.e. they send your requested cashout amount in BTC -> Shapeshift -> your requested altcoin withdrawal MINUS any associated fees in the conversion) I don't see many folks using other coins other than BTC if this is how they are gonna do it
