Summary -

Cloudbet's "Forgot your password?" does not work - no reset ever sent after about 6 attempts on different days.
No response to my emails beginning 13 days ago.
I assume you've received no response for 9 days.

Shouldn't this make them an "F" at this point?

Zero customer support, software for reset password doesn't work.

What more does it take to say they are non-functional?
 

I'm going to reach out to them one more time. It would be nice to at least hear what they have to say.


6 more days since you reached out to them one more time = 15 days for you waiting for a response and 19 days for me.

What's going on? Still no downgrade? Still no response?

Cloudbet downgraded to C-. I'll reach out to then again and if there's no reply, another downgrade will be issued.
