Can anybody explain some things?

- mining on big pool is more effective than small pool when it comes to "difficulty" parameter?
- what's the "luck" parameter?
- how should i read "difficulty" from my dashboard on supernova? which is already 50 - 150.06 when general difficulty of pool os around 47756.26. Is this just a part of that sum?
- how the huge supply of BTCZ will influence on inflation?
