Rights and interests: these are set out in full in the Information Memorandum (published later this week / early next). In short: coin-holders can sell back the coins to Arc Fiduciary Ltd.  And the Information Memorandum sets out the legal contract between the issuer and the coin-holders.

The value per coin (assets which underpin the coins) will be publicly displayed and updated in real time (as far as possible). And audited at least once a year.

Currencies: at the outset: ETH, BTC and USD. Although we would like to extend this over time.  Is there a particular currency you had in mind? (crypto or national).
