Unfortunately bitcoin network is very congested right now, there are 140000+ unconfirmed transactions at the moment, it is a very bad moment to post your transactions, but you actually have it posted so not much to do now. You must just patiently wait the congestion through, it will be over in a few days, it always is.

The marginal note is that when a 0.0002 BTC fee does not guarantee you fast confirmation, it really shows that the bitcoin network is *very* inefficient.

Edit: it is 170.000+ unconfirmed transactions at present. WOW! And the number is growing ...
