If you want an exchange with low rates give up trading altcoins. If you are looking for security and ease I suggest the Poloniex or Bittrex, these two are excellent exchanges, besides a clean and light layout they also have a lot of movement.

Yobit can also be a good one but their site is overloaded and full of coins that are already dead, but this is home to many whales, several coins are pumped every day and their volume is huge too.
