If i buy 3 of these how can i get them as a hardware ? I mean how do i get those chip work properly ?

u can use it on new pcb( read post #2) or add chips to Jal pcb.

ps:not easy to do by yourself with BGA chip.

There are chips but there is no one who can make them work then ?
