How do you know if the gambling site is a scam or not? how you trust a gambling site for you credit card and know its not a scam?

Usually I see the visitors, if many visitors on the site and their comments about the site is good, I am sure that the site is good. But if the visitor site is still a little (even worse, the site is still new) I still in doubt to play on that site.
Does some more opinion? It's a good discussion guys

It's for sure that you would know how much people are really real and the obvious thing about it is if they make it hard for them to impress to invite when if they just make a good job in making their site better it could benefit them a lot because the players would enjoy it. Take care with scam sites, they are pretty convincing.

we can test with nominal deposits on a regular basis, scam is not always about cheats from scratch because many websites are closed due to lack of user traffic, we can also see their thread here (if any) and if too many complaints are not resolved then you should just leave it and search for a more popular site.

You are right for example Directbet site it was a well reputed sportsbook site but suddenly they shut it down, and before shutting down they cleared all players payments. And others shut down without intimating their players like this many players lost their money. For this only solution is don't keep more amount in gambling site.
