Genuine question - is there anyone who tried to do the Basic Verification and actually succeeded? I got the "no public record match" and it seems a lot of other people did too... just wonder whether anyone actually made it through that stage.
Yes their system is BULLSHT. Basic verification doe snot verify anything, even though all data is 100% correct. I have friends that ran into the same issue while trying to do the Basic Verification.
I have a ticket open for 9days now about this with them with no resolution still and no updates in 6 days.
There is no way anyone should give them such personal and confidential information if you're not trading FIAT. Simple as that.
