Right now, we know barterdex gui is being outsourced by another dev. Is komodo lacking resources to hire full time quality developers ?
It would be nice of you to reassure your investors about the public release of your product whether it is ready soon or not, just my opinion
full time quality developers
The BarterDEX code is more or less complete, almost in maintenance mode for jl777 (correct me if I’m wrong). The code itself is solid and stable. There are multiple developers working on various GUI solutions, most notably @buildog and @grewalsatinder.

Here is a recent screen grab from @grewalsatinder’s BarterDEX GUI, posted on Twitter and Slack. Believe me, they are all working day and night to perfect this.

I understand the idea that the information should be more available, in a consolidated place, and easy to understand - as does the Komodo team, and they are working hard to accomplish these things. Reminder: this is at heart an open-sourced, community-driven project. It seems like many of your concerns would be addressed if you were active on Slack. Have you joined? The team has been refining the information available to the public with detailed and simple explanations via new whitepapers and blog posts. On Slack, it may seem like a hassle to you, but that’s where all the raw information is - it sounds like what you are looking for. Otherwise you will just get the socia media-approved news. When you can join the #tradebots channel and see pages and pages of multiple people, developers and end-users testing and troubleshooting the latest GUI release, making atomic swaps in real time... to me, THAT is exciting!

The fact is: this project is MASSIVE and well developed. It is ambitious, but not in the “6 year road map to a working product” way. The product is here. Now. Being tested by their hands, mine, and possibly yours if you choose. There are levels of involvement... for some it’s flipping profits daily, for some it’s a serious long-term investment, and for some it’s an opportunity to be on the ground floor of something BIG.

Edit: forgot to mention... for those complaining about the Agama wallet. Personally the app works flawlessly for me on Windows. But consider this: they are building the multiwallet from scratch, based on code that jl777 created from scratch (Iguana core). Important detail I don’t see mentioned often.
