I'm writing this to all of you who's purchase is pending but BTC is confirmed (I have the same problem right now).

Most of you do not realize, the fee where you are sending BTC is usally deducted from sending amount rather than remaining wallet. Thus, sent BTC amount is below what you have to pay fot that TH/s.

For example (numbers are for example only);

I will purchase 1 BTC for xxTH/s. I'm sending 1 BTC but the fee is 0.001. If your wallet/market taking fee from your sending money, Hashflare will get 0.999 BTC rather than 1 BTC and your purchase will be pending for so long time.

Support fix this issue with tickets but it will taka a long time for them to respond.

Please be carefull with your fees. I had the same mistake and waiting for thjem to respond my ticket and solve this issue by giving true amount of TH/s according to what I sent :/
