Look at it this way guys, if you invested in some ICO say SONM back in June you obviously didn't have the investor insight then that BTC can go to $18K this winter(I mean I didn't have that insight), meaning you were destined to spend your BTC investing into some ICO which ultimately would have provided you with less gains than simply holding your BTC.
This is your view. In my opinion BTC is to risky now. There can be huge gains but also huge losses. At this moment I prefer smaller but justified growth.
