This wasn't a targeted mute, I'll unmute your account shortly, thousands of accounts are muted a day to prevent faucet abuse automatically and this just seems to be a false positive. Unfortunately we don't have an option to disable faucet on a per-account basis other than using mute, we'll be fixing that as well.
This is not only about unmute.
Please look at the answer your support guy gave me. " Deposit and play then contact me and we will unmute you" even after depositing she said we cannot unmute you if you just withdraw after depositing.
Also, my last ticket of auto bet bug ignored as well when micro said he'll ask the developer and I didn't get any reply since then, however, the bug is fixed now but I paid a huge price of 0.3 after pd4 release I didn't want to open thread because I thought my issues will be resolved without it but it turned out to be completely ignored by the staff.
