At the time ICOBID showed great promise. As far as I know, the developer is now a problem with funding, but the project he's not going to leave.
Even if he is having a funding problem, he should write at least a post or two here on the thread every couple of weeks just to let us know he didn't abandon us.
What you are telling is true, that atleast he has to update the progress of the project so that the investors should not be afraid of getting scammed
