Bully now days is becoming a serious and big problem because it often happen in many places. Even thought there are many media shows this cases, it still there are many other cases of bullying. It seems very difficult to stop. If it happens to us in work, we just need to stay calm and be deaf. They will not stop bullying us because they who do bully is such as animal, they don't really have heart or even they have completely lost their mind. Actually, when they bully others it means that they are bullying them self.
Exactly. People should be mature enough in this stage. We musn't mind them because of their immature act. Maybe they just feel insecure of themselves and try to bully another co-worker to release the pressure of their insecurities. The best way to deal with these Bullies is either ignore them or if they are persistent, confront them and tell them the truth, don't just tell then to back away or that they are hurting your feelings, tell them facts, tell them your own opinions on how they are supposed to act, let them know that you are a formidable person to deal with. Manipulate their actions toward you with carefully thought words that are a fact. This has happened to me before, and in the end the one with the most facts given wins the argument.
