I wasn't locked like some others so I was able to withdraw my funds.  They kept asking for enhanced verification but since the min withdraw was less than what I had anyways thru just the basic like .4 btc or something I never updated my info.   It's pretty shitty situation since I really liked Bittrex exchange and it was def the best one I've used to date but I'm not taking any chances just in case.

Hopefully it all gets worked out for those who aren't able to withdraw.
