etherdelta is the main reason why etherium network was really congested and slow because many users are using it to do transaction by selling or trading their token and altcoins and now it was really clogged up evenly because of these cryptokitties because majority of people are really curious about this game to they think that they can earn etherium here much better than trading and investing in crypto. i believe people will eventually soon switch to bitcoin and completely leave altcoin if this problem still occurs and wont fix in the future and maybe this is the reason why bitcoins value is surging verry fast thesedays. @op i highly suggest is try to increase the gwei or gas fee when sending from mew to ed but if it still stuck then try to use some transaction accelerator , if all fails then you used try to use another exchange.
