Well they finally answered my ticket#518269, and now I'm verified.
I still think it's crappy how they accept coins without giving you the option to withdrawal them until verified.
It is encouraging that they seem to be at least trying to solve this mess and people are getting verified. If it was a large hack or scam, things might be different.
