Hi guys, i need your help.
so i was made SRT withdrawal in poloniex,
but after make my withdrawal the status said "Complete : error" so i decided to open tickets to their support team,
but their still no answer from them

How long has it been since you have contacted the support? A week or more than that? Maybe you didn't verify your details properly on the exchange ? If yes, then only support team can help you with that, nothing else. Good luck to ya if they really respond quickly, if not, also good luck.
