1. Bittrex acts on Slack channel requests .
2. Access to Slack channel is only for old users of Bittrex .
3. All you need to do is create a support ticket and ask above guy to post this "PLEASE SOLVE REQUEST ID ######" on Slack channel of Bittrex.
