This is great news. But i dont think this will also make the price go up as of now. Because people care less about altcoins this momemnt. They are more focus on btc. But hoping to see itx go to moon soon.
Typically the people you don't want to buy early cuz they will dump on you for profit. When the largest group of holders are base investors, the price can climb higher.
