I sent coins from the exchange to the wallet, 3 hours have passed, there is no coin on the wallet, the purse is synchronized, in the explorer the coins are visible on the wallet. Can anyone know, why this happens? 
Which receive address did you use? And is this address listed under 'Receive' in your QT wallet?
