1. Yes, the pool will be online till the last miner leave which tries to finish current round.
2. I stopped automatic unlocker/payout engine and current round (if it will be finished) will be processed manually still with 0% pool-fee. Next rounds will be 5% pool fee to prevent further miners.
 
The current round variance is already high with >100%, but all big miners leaved the pool already before this announcement.
Maybe someone will come back because they got many shares in current round.
