Bitcoin is not a magic wand which will end world poverty. It simply doesn't have the power to end such a massive thing. Also bitcoin is not a payment system anymore. We have moved to a different goal long back, when the confirmation time increased and transaction fees hiked. These confirmation time and transaction fees is going to be increased again and again. So we will move from the initial goal further.
Bitcoin has now purely became an investment asset. IT can provide a huge return which any other conventional investment will never be able to offer ever. So I take bitcoin purely as an investment and a trading asset. I earn profit and keep it for the future.
I dont think that bitcoin can actually do that because as far as i know the bitcoin is not yet known worldwide maybe many people know about bitcoin but not all of us. So thats why i dont think it can happen. And for me not all people can access bitcoin.
Yes I think its possible for bitcoin to end world poverty because bitcoin is playing a very big role in economy of different countries and also bitcoin reduce unemployment in many countries so off course bitcoin can do it but I think its a very big challenge for bitcoin I think it need some time but the way bitcoin is going forward there is no doubt that bitcoin can end world poverty and thats why every country are trying to accept bitcoin.
It is not possible, ending world poverty is not easy, I do not know where people got this idea, world poverty is a problem with many causes and problems like that are very difficult to solve because you cannot just do something and alleviate the problem, the west has gave much aid to poor countries but most of that aid is stolen by politicians or powerful people in those countries so the poor never benefit at all from such aid.
