Are you serious? That's nearly a million dollars in current prices and if you can't withdraw that much money from your exchange account it really must be freaking you out right now.

I had the same issue with the basic verification with the no public records match thing, and i haven't bothered to actually follow up with the enhanced verification because honestly i didn't think it was worth the hassle for the $10 or so worth of alts in my account.

I don't know how long it's going to take but it's definitely not supposed to take more than a week. Contact their support or reach out on twitter/slack, dunno if they gonna respond though.
