I actually have another stuck transaction of 100 euros worth, so if someone can get that one unstuck too, I am willing to fully donate that amount to them.

both transactions interconnected, #2 uses output/change from #1
you can simplified and re-create the tx with 2.59909992 (origin) as input and 2 outputs (+1 output as change back)
and increasing the fee a bit should get it confirmed faster, what wallet are you using?
if you are serious about the donation, I'll create the hex raw tx, you can decode to check the actual tx
then you can sign and broadcast it
