I basically got the same issue; when the website was already down my coins have been moved to this address: https://blockchain.info/address/1FFs5hv6JBScJq63aFZvBaNsP6FwnhVgre
Currently they are unspent and probably in the hands of the authorities

The wex support is telling me that they don't possess historical data on transactions and orders of the old platform. So they are not able to approve or deny my words, even though I can provide screenshots of my old BTC-e deposit address.

I’d be alright, if I get 50% of my old balance back.

BTC-e ceased using the old block chain in July when the Feds seized the servers with those hot wallets on them.
The moved the funds to safer wallets.

Why you are raising the issue almost 6mths. later I fail to understand.
If the coins were not in your BTC-e account when they came back live in Sep. then they never arrived.
What is the point of linking some wallet balance from a week after the BTC-e servers were seized?

You are screwed.

On 2017-07-25 (08:10:09) I made a deposit to my BTC-e address
On 2017-07-25 a few hours later the coins where moved out of my account.
When BTC-e came back live in September my whole balance was gone.
Ever since then I am in contact with the BTC-e/wex support.

All 929.5 BTC on this address 1FFs5hv6JBScJq63aFZvBaNsP6FwnhVgre originate from former BTC-e walltes and were moved there on the day of the seizure.
